Each October boaters from around the world gather in the historic seaport of Annapolis, Maryland for the United States Powerboat Show. In its 45th year, this is the world’s oldest in-water powerboat show.

- All City employee cards are to be moved to Gotts garage
- Prepaid will consist of 96 spaces at Hillman (lower level), 40 at Gotts, and 30 at Knighton; will be increased as needed
- Circulator will run normal route, with an extra shuttle on Saturday and Sunday; quote to come on cost
- Circulator will charge all riders $1
